Why Haven't I Received My Refund Yet?

When we process a refund for you, it can take up to 10 working days for it to show in your account depending on your Banks processes. Please allow these 10 working days for the money to show in your account before contacting us.

If you have not received your money within this timeframe we recommend that you contact your bank as they should be able to advise you when these funds will become available.

 

Paying If Your Home Currency Is Not GBP

You can use our website to order and pay for goods in exactly the same way as for any other transaction, but as we only accept payment in GBP, your bank may charge you for this exchange.

We are unable to advise of the exact cost of your order if GBP is not your usual currency as this will depend on the exchange rate on that particular day and any charges that your bank may apply.

As the exchange rate for this conversion is set by individual banks, we recommend that you contact them prior to placing an order as we have no control over these charges and will be unable to refund you any difference in costs that you think may be incorrect in these circumstances.

 

How Do I Use My Voucher Code?

If you're lucky enough to have a Premier Grow Voucher code, applying it to your order couldn't be easier. During checkout you'll see a 'Voucher Code' box and a button to click that says 'Apply', simply enter your voucher code exactly as it appears (this includes capitals and special characters) and click Apply. Your voucher will be applied instantly to your order before finalising any payment methods.
